My name’s Emma and my passion for authentic thin crust, wood-fired pizza started at a young age growing up in Boston, Massachusetts. I have since set my roots down in Missoula Montana and I’m excited to be the owner and operator of the Clove Cart Pizza Peddlers. Our mission is to create the finest quality wood fired pizzas from seasonal, local ingredients in our unique garlic-shaped pizza oven.
A 1995 Ford Ranger was transformed into a garlic bulb shaped pizza cart, making it a truly one-of-a-kind endeavor. The cart is a fully functional mobile unit: there’s a commercial fridge (powered by solar panels), a handwashing sink, dry storage cabinets, and a 2 ton masonry/earthen oven. The cart is made from reused and recycled materials, and designed and built by Mike Robinson and Kendall Rogers, the pizza peddlers.

Our simple menu reflects the abundance of produce Montana has to offer. Our oven cooks between 600-700 degrees, two pizzas a time. The menu changes daily so please check our facebook page for the most recent creations.
